Staff was friendly. We found the air conditioner very loud. The beds were fine. They use bar soap here, not liquid. The carpets throughout the hotel smell absolutely terrible. I would not stay here again because of the odor.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. At checkin I was informed that I was required to pay a $25 deposit NO CASH PAYMENTS. Since I didnt have a credit card with me I COULD NOT STAY in the room I'd already paid for. When I asked for a refund I was told I would still be charged full price for the night. I've contacted the BBB for help.

I stayed in 2 different rooms at this hotel so I tried 4 different queen size beds. They all made noise when simply turning my body left/right. This is really annoying specially when you need to get a good rest. Additionally, the parking lot doesn't have enough spaces. In the morning, I noticed that the guests had parked illegally every where.

Stayed here just one night before leaving for a Northern Arizona road trip. Shuttle service picked us up for a midnight arrival, and front desk was very welcoming and friendly in the wee hours of the morning. Room was clean, shower was warm, and bed was comfortable. Wore earplugs for airport noises. The staff working breakfast was the most attentive I can remember encountering in a long long time. Waffles, bagels, etc. - all good! Recommend.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We stayed before and after our trip to Utah , through LV airport .. We appreciate the free shuttle that picked us up from the airport late at night , took us to car rental next day , and took us back to airport on an early morning flight on our departure day.. The shuttle was on time and ran 24 hours. Just give them a call when you land and before you leave . The breakfast is excellent . Front desk , Service and cleanliness is top notch . Highly recommend !
